Daniel Lemansky created his property management firm out of the realization that traditional management companies were not meeting the needs of their owners or associations. Armed with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and an option in Real Estate, Danny decided to pursue his desire to demonstrate to those in need of property management services that there is a company out there that will tailor a management plan to the specific needs of your property. In addition, Danny recognizes the significant role that customer service plays in this industry. He has a proven track record when it comes to serving his clients.

In addition to his degree, Danny is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has also earned the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
